Our kids and dogs have participated in 4H since 2004.  Each of the girls work with one or two dogs each year in training. Jasmine and Charlie were our first 4H dogs followed by Bloo and Alenka. This year Charlie and D'Niro are training. Unfortunately our group is limited in the amount of kids able to participate and there is currently a waiting list to get in. Our son, Brant, is already on the list so we hope by 2009 when he is 9 and able to work the dogs that there will be room for him.
We are genuinely grateful for the training, socializing and fun which K9 & Kompany offers our children and dogs. They participate in community service, agility, obedience and JRs conformation regularly with oppurtunities to also participate in Rally-O, freestyle, photography, pocket pets, and other activities through the group. We hope everyone can find a 4H group of one type or another to participate in and/or support.
